We are tokenizing real estate assets via security token offerings (STOs), a legally-compliant way to bridge real world assets to on-chain tokens, and providing a platform that offers solutions that make it easy govern, manage and purchase tokens. These property tokens become your digital representation of your ownership percentage that can be used to tap into liquidity in decentralized finance (DeFi), leverage and returns on assets in traditional finance.

Whimsy will only be holding the required 1% outlined in our registered offerings that is required to make decisions for the managed asset. After the asset tokens are in the possession of the community Whimsy will begin its responsibility as the asset management service and appoint either ourselves or a third-party property management service if the property is out of region.
